Registration is now OPEN for the 2024 Endless Summer High School Volleyball Tournament which will be held on Saturday, September 14th, at the Virginia Beach Sports Center located at 1045 19th St. Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

The Endless Summer High School Volleyball Tournament is NFHS and VHSL sanctioned. It is hosted by Atlantic Coast Events with King’s Fork High School. Last year’s event broke our record of registered teams with 116 and the furthest team being from Puerto Rico!

Please visit the tournament information page for details and to enter your teams and, if traveling from out of town, the hotel page to book your rooms.

Teams will be responsible for providing a person for the table (Libero Tracker or flipper) for their matches. The two playing teams will each provide a person at the table, one will Libero Track and the other will flip the score.

The Endless Summer High School Volleyball Tournament is a one-day event originally created by the former High School Coach and Club Director, Bob Arnette with Robert Kyle as the Tournament Director.

It started in 2011 as a 40-team event and has grown now to over 100 teams! It is one of the largest high school tournaments on the East Coast!

Over the years the event has drawn teams from Puerto Rico, Alabama, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, District of Columbia and all across Virginia.

In 2018, Bob entrusted Chris Riley to take on the role of Tournament Organizer with Robert Kyle as Tournament Director and Megan Robert as Tournament Administrator.

This event is one we all take pride in and work to meet its original purpose intended by Bob, to offer a premier tournament for high school programs from all over the United States.

Under 54 – 8 – 1 the Virginia High School League has modified its contest limitations for volleyball. Each school has the choice of playing the following three scenarios 20 dual matches; or 18 dual matches and 1 invitational tournament; or 16 dual matches and 2 invitational tournaments.

  • Invitational tournaments may be conducted over no more than two consecutive days.
  • Teams participating in invitational tournaments may play a maximum of 15 sets per tournament.

For North Carolina NCHSAA member Schools, we will ensure that you play no more than 4 Matches, per your state association rules.

Tournament format will be mostly Four Team pools in morning and either Four team brackets or 3 team pools for playoffs. All those matches will be best of three sets. If needed, for Pool play, there might be Three team pools.
